Award-winning campervan converter Autohaus appoints administrators

Autohaus, the award-winning campervan conversion company based in Minehead, Somerset, has entered administration, citing financial difficulties. The company recently garnered industry accolades, with its Spartan GT model named Best Small Campervan at the Practical Motorhome Awards 2025, and the Camelot C600 receiving high commendation in the Best Campervan for a Family of Four category.

Despite these achievements, Autohaus has struggled to navigate the challenging economic landscape. The company appointed Ellise Townsend of Leonard Curtis as the administrator earlier this month. The administrators have committed to contacting all affected suppliers and customers in due course.

Autohaus’s situation mirrors recent industry challenges, notably the closure of CamperVanCo, another van converter that entered liquidation on Christmas Eve last year.

Customers and suppliers associated with Autohaus are advised to await direct communication from the appointed administrators for further information.
