Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from VANADVENTURES LTD, whether online, by phone, or in-store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before accepting your order.
4. Formation of Contract
A legally binding contract is formed once we have accepted your order and dispatched the goods. We may decline an order at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title to goods passes upon receipt of full payment.
6. Orders Under £42
If you place an order for goods with a total value of less than £42 (including VAT and delivery charges), certain consumer rights relating to distance and off-premises sales — including the right to cancel within 14 days — may not apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, this does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
7. Cancellations and Returns (Over £42)
For purchases of £42 or more, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. You must notify us in writing to exercise this right. Returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition, and returned at your expense unless faulty. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. After this period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. Our total liability for any loss shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
