We are giving it 5 Stars, we went at the end of September and it was more than half empty, Best time to go.
Price wise its at the top end of what you would want to pay for a campsite but this one is only 5 minutes away from Venice by bus. So for Venice its dirt cheap, try getting a hotel in Venice for the money.

All the staff are friendly, everything is clean. They even have a swimming pool. There is a Lidl across the road for supplies. They also have a restaurant if you can’t be bothered cooking yourself.
Totally recommend.
