About this business
Venice
Venice is one of those places you just have to visit—where else can you accidentally step into a canal while trying to read Google Maps? With streets made of water and gondoliers who treat rowing like a fine art, it’s a city that feels both impossibly beautiful and slightly unhinged. St. Mark’s Square is swarming with pigeons and people, the architecture leans at angles that scream, “We’ve been around for 500 years, deal with it.” It’s part history lesson, part fairy tale, and entirely worth the risk of getting hopelessly lost in the best way.
Yes yes I know you can't take the van around Venice I hear you cry. But wait.....
What you can do is pitch up at Camping Rialto just outside of Venice spend two nights there and on one of the days take a trip into Venice. There is a bus stop right outside the campsite and it's about 5 minutes on the bus into Venice and it's about €1.30 if memory serves.
If you can go on a Sunday its quieter.
